I was hugely dissapointed in the movie. I agree with what everyone is saying and i do think that i find that last monologue by Viki interesting. But overall i have to give this movie the thumbs down

Hey, great review. I actually enjoyed the movie, despite the fact that I completely agree with each and every one of your criticisms (I’m a sucker for shiny things).
There is one thing I’d like to add however. Despite the “Asimovisation” (sorry, I’m tired) of the movie being slap dash, I thought the final monologue by viki (the part that asimov wrote) was placed well and salvaged what undeniably would have been a terrible film. When I read in your review that they added it in later, it actually made me more impressed at how well they moulded an existing story to it…even if it is a little slimy and pirate like.
But once again, great writing

I agree completely, it was crap, i really had enough when spooner shot that robot in the factory, what the fuck, and he doesn’t get sued, or anything, he really was the ‘dumbest dumb person’, the end was ridiculous.
